SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated using different factors: the dead weight and cubic weight of the parcel being sent and the address of the receiver.

To obtain a more accurate quote, please add all items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page to calculate shipping cost. We do not guarantee shipping quotes via email or telephone, please use the instructions prior to get an accurate quote.

Time before Dispatch

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 3 days after receipt of payment and are delivery by Australia Post E Parcel. Every package is given a tracking ID, that will be emailed directly to you when the parcel has been picked up by Australia Post.

Delivery Times

Regardless of Australia Post's delivery times, The Biggest Lollie Shop In The World can never guarantee shipping time frames. The below delivery times are indicative.

2 - 3 day delivery: All Melbourne Metropolitan Suburbs
2 - 5 day delivery: Rest of VIC
3 - 5 day delivery: NSW (CBD)
4 - 7 day delivery: Rest of NSW
5 - 8 day delivery: Tasmania, Western Australia, Queensland, Northern Territory (Darwin)
10 - 14 day delivery: Rest of Northern Territory

Leaving Goods Without Signature

If you instruct The Biggest Lollie Shop In The World to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. The Biggest Lollie Shop In The World will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods or if the goods have been stolen from your property.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If a Product is "out of stock" when we process your Order, we will contact you to discuss if we do not get a response from you in 3 business days via telephone or email we will refund the missing items amount and ship your order to avoid anymore possible delays

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any food items purchased unless there is a defect or problem with that item.

We do accept returns of all party good products, you must have your receipt and the goods must still be in the original packaging. They must be returned in person to the store to obtain a refund or exchange.
